On Friday the 9th of May chairman Nimal van Oort officially opened the NONA Beauty Culture Training Center in Sri Lanka. The purpose of this training center is to teach girls in a profesional way how they can work in Sri Lanka’s beauty culture, for example as a hairdress-specialist or as a make-up stylist. This is really important for these girls, because as a victim of sexual abuse they were robbed of finishing a decent study. But due to NONA’s Beauty Culture Center they can build an independent and strong future for themselves.
